Our employees are asking for better. In survey responses globally, TCCC employees are asking for better structure, consistency, and a clear approach to career development. They also indicated careers and development as a top-three concern for satisfaction at work. Employees need space to prioritize exploring and planning their career goals, which includes dependable, quality support from their leaders such as honest and regular feedback and tools to figure out the best way forward."

Build a growth culture by empowering employees to learn and develop together. Thrive improves associate experience by providing employees with a flexible network of resources and opportunities that supports their professional growth and prepares them for future roles.
To visually reflect the flexible nature of the development program a grid system comprised of 4 basic elements was designed. "The key brand element— the pattern—symbolizes Thrive’s positioning, alluding to the growth and development that Thrive inspires in employees. Four tiles, symbolizing Growth, Collaboration, Ownership, and Possibility, are arranged in unique and tailored ways to build a rich tapestry of careers and experiences."
