Business Challenge:

The global organization has a deep misunderstanding of the functionality of the HR team; its objectives and operational capabilities. HR is often viewed as the authority figure of the organization, intent on maintaining law and order, which directly undermines its primary directive: "We are one integrated HR community that helps all of TCCC confidently navigate individual and business challenges and provides quality experiences for employees."

Communications Solution:

The People Community brand is a part of The Coca-Cola Company’s vast global VIS and therefore draws many components from that system to maintain consistency, promote oneness, and expedite trust building. To differentiate the people community a graphic language was developed around a plus symbol to denote the additive inclusive nature of what the HR team was evolving into.

The four shapes at the core of the identity are extracted from the symbol in the logo and configured to create new compositions. The consistent use of this system allows us to create a look and feel recognizable as the People Community without having to explicitly say so. When implemented correctly, this system will come to represent the people experience at TCCC.
